Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are from dispatch date. Remote areas (WA, NT, Far North QLD) may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Cold-Chain Packaging
All orders are packed with gel ice packs and insulated packaging to maintain peptide stability during transit. Our cold-chain packaging maintains temperatures between 2–8°C for up to 48 hours under normal Australian conditions. For express delivery in extreme heat conditions (above 35°C), we recommend selecting Express Shipping.
Discreet Packaging
All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no mention of Veritas Peptides, peptides, or any product information on the external label. The return address is listed as a generic business name.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch. You can track your order at auspost.com.au/track. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@veritaspeptides.com.au with your order number and a photograph of any damage. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside Australia. Import regulations for research peptides vary significantly by country. Buyers outside Australia are responsible for understanding and complying with local import laws before attempting to order.
