These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of veritaspeptides.com.au and the purchase of products from Veritas Peptides. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Veritas Peptides are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or prophylactic purpose. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that you will use the compounds solely for lawful scientific research.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this site. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to acquire research compounds in your jurisdiction.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Standard delivery is 1–5 business days depending on location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD. Express shipping is available at checkout. All peptides are shipped with cold-chain packaging. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for damaged or incorrectly supplied items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unopened condition. We do not accept returns for change of mind on perishable research compounds. To initiate a return, email support@veritaspeptides.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue.
6. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice. Purity specifications represent typical batch results; each batch CoA contains the actual measured values for that lot.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Veritas Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, design, and code, is the property of Veritas Peptides and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
